Welcome to Human Resources!

The Human Resources Department in Central School District believes that its employees are at the heart of the important work we do each day to educate our students.  The mission of Central School District reflects our commitment to the success of each student.  Learning will always be our top priority.  We will strive for excellence while maintaining the family atmosphere, passion and integrity that make us unique.  Our commitment to seek out and hire the brightest and most talented employees that will pursue this mission is our Number 1 priority.

In the Central School District, we strive to foster an environment based on respect, support, collaboration and appreciation.  Nurturing and maintaining this environment is the responsibility of all employees.  We recognize the collective efforts of all staff members and value the opportunity to acknowledge employees for their good work and contributions.  Recognition programs help motivate employees to grow professionally, work collaboratively, set high standards, be innovative and manage resources well.  We are very proud of the many Central School District employees who have been recognized at the local, county and state level.

Our policies and procedures provide a structure that ensures fair, honest, and non-discriminatory hiring practices.  We look for potential employees who possess a strong work ethic, positive attitude, a heart for children, and an ability to support a high level of academic excellence.  Routine review of our policies and practices allow us to remain current and in compliance with all local, state and federal agencies.

Central School District is a community and a family.  Our employees are dedicated to doing whatever it takes to help students be successful and prepared for the 21st century.  If this is your passion too, please consider making Central School District your workplace.
